This policy explains what information PatientCalls.AI collects through this website, patientcalls.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. PatientCalls.AI is operated by PatientCalls, 3000 W Valley Forge Circle, Suite 3800, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (“PatientCalls”, “we”, “us”).
This policy covers the website only. If your practice uses the PatientCalls.AI Voice service, how we handle your callers’ information is set out in your service agreement and Business Associate Agreement; see our HIPAA Compliance page.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, practice name, phone number, email address, practice type and any message you write.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and when. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect it from abuse.
To stop automated spam, the demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people and bots apart.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our security providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to protect the site and the form.
How we use your information

- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run this website, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides security and bot protection.
- Resend, which delivers demo requests to our team by email.
We may also share information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Sample call recordings
Our AI voice call samples page plays recordings and transcripts of demonstration calls with the PatientCalls.AI voice agent for a demonstration business. These are not real patient calls: to protect privacy, they were recorded by our team using made-up names and details.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Our email provider keeps delivery records for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct it, or
- delete it.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, emailinfo@patientcalls.com; we may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to demo requests is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Where your information is processed
We and our service providers process information in the United States.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also note it on this website.
